Locations in a project export

Catalogue of sites: name, geometry type, and how many visits, samples, observations and observers used each site.

Usage

obs_locations(x, protocol = NULL)

Arguments

x

Path to a project SQLite export, or a project obs_df.

protocol

Protocol id or name. When set, counts and rows are restricted to visits of that protocol.

Value

A tibble, one row per location. geom is the original GeoJSON.
